With a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters of Arts in Human Resource Management, Phuong has over 15 years of experience in the Title and Escrow industry. She began her career as a title and escrow assistant before moving on to a Human Resource Generalist role for a Fortune 500 Company overseeing as many as 300 employees across different branches and brands before moving on to exploring entrepreneurship in the Home Health Care Industry. Now back in the Real Estate realm, among the various positions held, being in Human Resource is by far one of her most favorite roles because of the ability and opportunities to personally and directly connect, assist, and guide people at all levels with varying degree of needs.

Laura Lozano has always been Naturally drawn to Work in the Real Estate Industry. In Laura’s Career she has gained experience on a wide range of transactions in California from Loan Processing and Loan Origination. She continues to explore and learn as much as she can. Laura is Fluent in Spanish and English. She has been a notary for over 16 years and continues to hold her Notary License and enjoys doing mobile notaries for our Company. She has developed a thorough understanding of the many needs of our clients. She does not believe in the “ I Can’t help you” persona. Instead, she is always looking at ways to go above and beyond to help her client’s needs. With her Wide Experience of knowledge in the past 23 yrs she often helps guide our client’s step by step making sure they feel comfortable throughout the whole Process of the transaction.
